Johnny became interested in computers in the 1980s. In December 1984, he purchased his first personal computer, a genuine IBM desktop PC. He's been upgrading hardware and building computers ever since. He also builds computers for his friends and other individuals.
But that's not all he does. Johnny's dedication to the PC community is unwavering. He spends his free time in the members forum at Tom's Hardware, a site that is very popular with PC gamers, enthusiasts, and novices. He voluntarily answers questions about PC hardware, components, and peripherals. After answering questions for several years, Johnny, who is a forum veteran, has amassed quite a large collection of reference material.
Keeping track of and finding all the reference material proved to be a difficult task. There were too many bookmarks, URLs, and articles. One day, Johnny decided he needed to organize all the reference material he collected into something manageable. What better way to do it than by creating a website? The end result is the Johnny Lucky Website, a valuable resource that has significantly contributed to the PC community.
Johnny freely shares information to improve the collective knowledge of personal computers. His website, the Johnny Lucky Website, is a valuable resource for PC gamers, enthusiasts, novices, and anyone interested in personal computer hardware, offering a wealth of information and insights.

You might be wondering why Johnny is wearing Western clothing in the photos. The answer is simple. In 2004, Johnny answered a call for volunteers to perform in wild west skits during the annual Helldorado Days in Tombstone - the town too tough to die. The city was the site of the infamous gunfight at the OK Corral. It didn't take long for Johnny to become a Wild West fan.
Soon after that fateful day, Johnny joined the Tombstone Regulators, a historical reenactment group, and found himself performing on the streets of Tombstone during festivals. He also appeared in a theatrical performance with the Tombstone Repertory Company. Later, he joined the Territorial Troupers in Tucson and continued performing in historical reenactments. The Troupers raised funds for a local charity.
Johnny's association with Tombstone and historical reenactments led to a unique experience. Johnny and fellow reenactors appear as background actors and extras in Western films, television documentaries about the Wild West, and community college student film projects.
What a great hobby!
